Tina of Green Origins helped us with most of interior design throughout our entire house.
Her style and approach are exactly what we want in a designer, and she gave us a cohesive result at a very reasonable price. We could never have achieved this outcome by doing the project without Tina's help. We liked Tina's design so much that this is actually the second time we hired her to design our living space. The first time was back in 2011, our house only needed help for partial first floor spaces, paint/decor selections as well as overall improvement on lighting for first floor.

The second time around, we have asked Tina to help us with 1 master suite, redesign of a sun room, den, 2 bathrooms, another upgrade on overall interior/exterior lighting improvement and furniture/decor selections. During this remodeling, there were a lot of custom built-in items per Tina's recommendation. Not only did she design, she also help selecting most of the contractors and vendors for our project and acted as an on-site construction manager as needed to see though her designs.

One of the most important value of Green Origin's design was that every aspect of design was as environmentally friendly as it can be including but not limited to the selections on paint, furniture, linen and fabrics. Also, Tina designs our house based on our family's needs and the people who live inside... Everything is designed around each and every family member and the concepts are very practical for our use. Our family specially love all the extra storage spaces we so needed all these years and finally received.

Tina helped us think through our non-functional house and come up with much better ways to arrange our space. She guided us through selecting paint colors and window treatments and helped set us up with people who could do the further work we need.

Tina is lovely to work with. She is kind, patient, listens carefully, is not afraid to say what she thinks but realizes it's your house. I appreciated that she took on a tiny job like one house when she is used to doing large restaurants and showrooms. She meticulously measures and keeps records.
We haven't completed a lot of things yet, but I know that if I get stuck all I need to do is call Tina and she will come out again to give me a boost.

Tina, the owner of Green Origins Design Studio, Inc., came to our home, asked what we wanted, took pictures of the areas in question. She worked closely with my wife and me, and she made suggestions that were not only elegant, but also friendly to the environment.

Tina met with us on three different occasions. She brought her large laptop computer and demonstrated her ideas on the laptop. My wife and I were able to view her pictures from several different angles to give us excellent perspectives on the work to be done. She also brought a contractor tp speak with us about the pros and cons of demolishing a bearing wall to expand the size of our kitchen. The contractor's prices were quite reasonable in comparison with two others.

We know Tina went above and beyond when she designed our showroom for us. She helped us create an environment which we could not have envisioned ourselves. We are truly happy with the final transformation! The combinations of scale, proportions, colors, fabrics, casework, lighting, and décor all turned out the way they should have in showcasing our products in the best light. Tina even designed a large scaled wall graphic that covered our 20ft high wall which, along with the mural and custom panels, was not only a breath of fresh air for our showroom, but it also strengthened our brand. Our customers also approve of the design, as we continue to receive complements from them. In the beginning we had concern that our customers might get lost in our massive showroom, but Tina’s careful space planning and signage made way-finding easy for our customers.

Tina is also really professional and responsive when it comes to taking care of this project, she is never hard to reach, always made time for us when we needed her, and she checked on the jobsite frequently to make sure everything went well.
